Cooperstown, Washington DC, Yorktown & Williamsburg

So, I just realized that I never managed to get our images up from this past summer!  We went to Cooperstown, NY for Blake's baseball tournament - just as we did when Cade was in 12U baseball.  It's the only year they can go, and it's an amazing experience for the boys.  Our weather was actually great!  We flew into DC, DROVE into Cooperstown, and then drove back down - through DC, all the way down to Williamsburg, Yorktown & Jamestown.  After staying a few days, and seeing all the sights, we made our way back to DC and came home.  All-in-all, it was almost a 2 week trip.  We had a great time!  We were also able to hit Hershey Pennsylvania (and the Hershey factory), and see a battle reenactment on the battlefields of Gettysburg.  While in Williamsburg, we were able to take a "Ghost Tour" at night, and see the sites of Jamestown Colony.  But, by far, the favorite was the "Segway" tour through Yorktown.  Who knew those things could be so fun???  (Except maybe the mall cops!).

Take a 2nd look at this one!  It cracks me up!!!
